Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active account on pos24. pos24 may request one or more of the following documents at any stage: a valid national identity card (KTP), passport, driver's licence, or a recent bank statement confirming the account holder's name and address. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until satisfactory KYC documentation has been reviewed and approved. The standard review time is 1–3 business days (WIB).
Important: Attempting to circumvent KYC by providing forged, altered, or third-party identity documents constitutes fraud and will result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the relevant authorities.
All financial transactions on pos24 are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). pos24 does not apply currency conversion fees to any deposit or withdrawal. The following payment methods are supported:
Deposits are typically credited to your account Balance instantly upon confirmed receipt of funds. The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 10.000. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may impose their own daily transfer ceilings.
Withdrawal requests submitted during WIB banking hours (08:00–21:00 WIB) are processed within 15 minutes to the registered payment account of the requesting User. Withdrawals requested outside these hours may take up to 60 minutes. The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals will only be released to a payment account registered in the same name as the pos24 account holder.
For security purposes, pos24 does not process withdrawals to third-party bank accounts or e-wallets. The name on the destination account must exactly match the verified name on the pos24 account. Withdrawal requests that fail this check will be declined and returned to the account Balance.
An account is classified as dormant if it has had no login activity for 180 consecutive days. pos24 reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee of Rp 25.000 to dormant accounts with a remaining Balance. Users may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and contacting support to waive any accrued fees on request.
pos24 does not charge a withdrawal fee on any transaction. If your payment provider deducts a transfer fee, that is between you and your provider — pos24 remits the full withdrawal amount as requested.
pos24 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are governed by the following general terms in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion:
pos24 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse. Any account found to be misusing promotions — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, low-risk wagering to clear rollover, or coordinated multi-account bonus farming — will have all associated bonuses voided and may be permanently closed.

All bets are subject to acceptance by pos24. Live (in-play) bets are accepted subject to the published live betting rules for each sport. In the event of a significant delay between a real-world event and the platform's data feed — such as an internet disruption affecting the live score stream — pos24 may suspend live markets temporarily. Bets placed during a suspended market will be voided.
